The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital announced Wednesday that the next Florida Forum series will feature former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley, author Jon Meacham and Super Bowl champion Jerry Rice.
The three will headline the 2019-20 Florida Forum Speaker Series, scheduled at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.
Haley will speak Oct. 28, Meacham is scheduled Jan. 22 and Rice concludes the current series Feb. 25.
Haley was the U.N. ambassador from January 2017 to the end of 2018 and served as governor of South Carolina from 2011-17.
Meacham is a presidential historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author.
Rice is a Hall of Fame wide receiver and three-time Super Bowl champion.
Forum sponsors are Wells Fargo, Florida Blue and Landstar.
The 2019-20 Speaker Series co-chairs are Heather Moseley, Anna Neal and Dearing Thoburn.
The Florida Forum has operated the series since 1992 and contributed more than $6.8 million to Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
