The PARC Group and Regency Centers announced Panera Bread will open late this year in Nocatee Town Center.
“The all-day café is a use that isn’t currently offered in the community, and we are happy to have landed a best-in-breed operator,” said Patrick McKinley, Regency Centers vice president and market officer.
The location will be north of Daily's and south of Nocatee Parkway, off Crosswater Parkway.
The permit application filed with the St. Johns River Water Management District shows Panera Bread at southwest Crosswater Parkway and Village Lake Drive.
