The long-term deal, executed April 19, will expand SS&C’s current lease from 73,005 square feet and takes Building 700 to full occupancy. SS&C Technologies has been a tenant there since 2017.

Gramercy Woods is at 9000 Southside Blvd. Atlanta-based Glenfield Capital bought Building 700 and five more from Gramercy Property Trust on April 17 for $53 million.
The portfolio comprises two office buildings, two parking garages, a Bright Horizons child care and preschool center and a vacant 22,000-square-foot building. Glenfield Capital plans to make enhancements to the properties.
Colliers will continue to handle leasing for the property.
