The Project

Abandoned for more than 40 years, JWB Real Estate Capital bought the three-story building for a mixed-use development, including restaurant, business and event space.

Size: 3,685 square feet new; 18,430 square feet renovated

Completed: March 2, 2023

Cost: $7,047,538

Architect: Robbins Design Studio, Jacksonville
