Morris received a J.D. from Emory University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Georgia in 2015 and admitted to The Florida Bar in 2019.
Derek Mountford focuses his practice on business litigation including alleged antitrust violations, corporate governance disputes, breaches of contract and other major commercial matters.
A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2017.
A former law clerk for U.S. District Judges Brian Davis and Marcia Morales Howard, Mountford is secretary of the Jacksonville Federal Court Bar Association.
Christine Sweet is in the Private Wealth Services practice. She focuses her practice on trust and estate litigation and professional fiduciary risk management.
After receiving a J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law, Sweet was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2013.
She is a member of the board of trustees of the Daniel Kids organization, Florida’s oldest child-service nonprofit, and a member of the Estate Planning Counsel of Northeast Florida.
