Fort Lauderdale-based Southeast Property Group acquired a two-property, 328-unit apartment portfolio at 5928 Firestone Road and 1601 Dunn Ave. in Jacksonville for $20.3 million. Southeast said that because the properties are distressed, Colonial Forest Apartments are being rebranded as The Belmont, and Northwood Apartments as Avenue at 1601. Southeast says a $9.7 million renovation is underway.
