Jacksonville to host U.S. Men's soccer match against Nigeria on June 7

The U.S. Men’s soccer team will play Nigeria June 7 at EverBank Field as part of a series of matches before the 2014 World Cup.

The 7 p.m. match is the last in a three-game send-off series.

The other two matches are May 27 at Candlestick Park in San Francisco and June 1 at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J.

Ticket information for all three matches will be provided at a later date, according to a news release from the Jaguars.

All three matches will be broadcast on ESPN or ESPN2, WatchESPN and UniMas. Fans can also listen on ESPN Deportes Radio or follow on Twitter @ussoccer, the release said.

After the Jacksonville match, the men’s team will travel to Sao Paulo, Brazil, its base camp location during the World Cup, according to ussoccer.com.

The U.S. is training at Sao Paulo FC, and will conduct its final preparations in advance of Group G matches against Ghana, Portugal and Germany, the website said.
