The bids of SMG and Global Spectrum for the City’s Facilities Management Contract were released Friday.
The two companies are seeking to become the management company to run EverBank Field, Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, Equestrian Center, Ritz Theatre and the Osborn Center.
No decision has been made to award the contract and both bids are still being reviewed by the City’s Professional Services Evaluation Committee, but you can review them yourself by clicking the images below.
