R. Troy Smith joined the Bedell Firm as a director, bringing 25 years of litigation experience in business and contractual disputes.
He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1996.
Smith is a former member of the board of governors of the Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section as well as the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee and Constitution Revision Subcommittee of The Florida Bar.
He serves on the American Inns of Court, the Chester Bedell Inn of Court, the Christian Legal Society and with LifeWork Leadership First Coast/Jacksonville.
