Moe’s Southwest Grill in The Strand at Town Center sold April 21 for $3.9 million, two years after the 6-year-old property was purchased for $2.54 million.

Walton Accommodations 102 LLC in Monticello bought the 2,830-square-foot fast-casual franchise developed in 2017 on 0.14 acre.

It is an investment sale, meaning Moe’s continues to lease it.

The restaurant, with a drive-thru, is at 4710 Town Center Parkway.

MSG Town Center Land L.L.C. of Saint Johns sold the property, which it purchased for $2.54 million on Feb. 23, 2021, from CTO18 Jacksonville FL LLC, CTO Realty Growth Inc. and Indigo Group Ltd.

Jacksonville-based Cantrell & Morgan Brokerage Director Sean McGill represented the seller. Tallahassee broker Jason Frimmel represented the buyer.

Moe’s Southwest Grill sells burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, nachos, stacks, salads and more.

There are 13 locations in the Jacksonville area.
