Centennial Holding Company LLC of Atlanta sold the property through Centennial Bartram Park LLC.
The buyer was Cohen-Esery of Merriam, Kansas, through CEAI Bartram Park LLC.
The apartments previously were called Century Bartram Park.
Cohen-Esery is a real estate investment firm specializing in market-rate and affordable housing in multifamily communities, according to its website.
Built in 2007, the 323-unit community sits on 19.64 acres in 2007. The per-unit price is $233,746.
Centennial Holding Company LLC of Atlanta bought the property from National Property REIT Corp. of Atlanta in September 2019 for $57.75 million.
The one-, two, and three-bedroom units are 845 to 1,499 square feet in size. Rents are $1,358 to $2,088, according to apartments.com.
