Pennsylvania-based national builder buys 23.5 acres in St. Augustine for $15 million

Toll Brothers of Fort Washington, which has an office in Jacksonville, bought five parcels on Arapaho Avenue.

Five parcels totaling 23.35 acres on Arapaho Avenue in St. Augustine sold Feb. 26 for $15 million.

Robert Finvarb Companies of Miami sold the properties through Windward Shipyard Land Holdings LLC.

The buyer was Toll Brothers Inc. of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, through Toll Southeast LP Company Inc.

Five parcels totaling 23.35 acres on Arapaho Avenue in St. Augustine sold for $15 million.

Robert Finvarb Companies is a private real estate investment and development company.

Toll Brothers is a national builder with offices in 24 states. It has a Jacksonville office. It is a Fortune 500 company that was founded in 1967.

Erik Bjornson and Tyler Nilsson of Institutional Property Advisors brokered the deal.

Robert Finvarb Companies bought the five properties in November 2019.

Two parcels totaling 13.65 acres were sold by Linda M. Lurhs for $3 million.

Two parcels totaling 9.04 acres were sold by Greenwood Property LLC for $6 million.

The fifth parcel sits on 0.66 acre and was sold by Patrick A Pellicer for $243,800.

Arapaho Avenue is east of U.S. 1 and Old Dixie Highway. It is near the St. Augustine Fish House & Oyster Company.
