Jacksonville-based sales and marketing services firm Acosta said Feb. 1 it acquired OeP, its fourth acquisition in the past year.

OeP, with offices in Scottsdale, Arizona, and in Seattle, helps companies increase brand presence in digital markets.

Acosta said the acquisition makes the company a one-stop digital commerce agency.

“We are uniquely positioned in the industry to help clients build seamless and connected physical and digital go-to-market plans with their retailers,” Chief Growth Officer John Carroll said in a news release.

OeP will continue to operate as a stand-alone brand under its current name.

Terms of the deal were not announced.
