Aldi sets date to open Mandarin store

Grocery giving gift cards to the first 100 customers.

Aldi will open its newest Jacksonville discount grocery store Oct. 4 at 10950-15 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin.

A ribbon-cutting at 8:25 a.m. will be followed by a gift-card giveaway to the first 100 customers.

The store will open 9 a.m. daily and close at 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 8 p.m. Sunday. It is the 11th confirmed Aldi site in Northeast Florida.
