Eagle Harbor at Fleming Island recently held a luncheon to honors realtors® who have sold in their community. Linda Bayles of RE/MAX Park Avenue received the Top Producer award and Bob and Jan Howard also of RE/MAX Park Avenue won the Top Sales Team award. Over 100 Realtors® attended the event and enjoyed a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse luncheon. There were over 40 agents with two or more sales and participating agents earned up to thousands of dollars each in prizes, free lunches, rounds of golf and more.
To celebrate the topping of the The LandMark Condominiums, LandMar Group LLC welcomed residents to celebrate the event. LandMar executives also presented a commemorative telescope to Mayor Bob Marsden in appreciation of Jacksonville Beach.
Beazer Homes takes part in Habijax — Several employees of Beazer Homes participated in the Fabulous 40 February Habijax project which brought together 23 NEFBA builder members, sponsors and volunteers to build 40 homes in the Eastbrook/Westbrook area of Jacksonville.
