The Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association met Thursday at the Radisson to discuss utilizing technology for bankruptcy filings and to vote on new officers. Brad Randall, a representative Lexis-Nexis, a software company, and attorney Doug Jones covered the electronic filing of bankruptcy cases, researching public records online and case management via personal computer. The new officers are Lansing J. Roy, president; Jay Brown, vice president; Eileen Dolaghan, treasurer; Marsha Brown, secretary; and Raye Curry, chair. The new directors are Renan Khawaja, Charles McBurney, David Otero, David Talbert, Jeff Becker, Mamie Davis, Edward Jackson, Jodie Spencer and Schuyler Smith.
