Service availability letter issues for Daily's Downtown.

JEA issued a service availability letter for Starbucks to build a coffee shop at 11901 Atlantic Blvd. in the Atlantic North shopping center.

The site is Outparcel A at Atlantic Boulevard and Marketplace Drive, fronting Atlantic Boulevard in front of Belk.

Scrubbles to Atlantic North

JEA issued a service availability letter for Scrubbles Express Wash to build a car wash, parking lot and infrastructure at 11991 Atlantic Blvd. in Atlantic North, at northwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards.

Daily’s Downtown

JEA issued a service availability letter for First Coast Energy to build a Daily’s gas station and convenience store at 60 N. Broad St. Downtown.

The March 25 service availability request identifies the 1.4-acre block bounded by Bay, Broad, Forsyth and Jefferson streets.

A former bank drive-thru built in 1976 and a three-story building at 618 W. Forsyth St. built in 1914 are on the site.
