The Church of Eleven22 is preparing to build a three-level, open-air parking garage with up to 400 parking spaces at 14286 Beach Blvd. at its main San Pablo campus.
The garage is proposed south of the church building. The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing the project.
Abbey Civil Engineers Inc. is the civil engineer.
The church plans to build the structure over a portion of a wet detention pond and adjust the facility.
The city is reviewing final engineering plans for a four-story, 82-room Tru by Hilton hotel at Perimeter Industrial Parkway West at northeast Interstate 295 and Pritchard Road in Northwest Jacksonville.
The 38,575-square-foot building is planned on 1.8 acres.
Alliant Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer. Pritchard Hospitality LLC of Yulee paid $910,000 for the property in March.
Amit Patel, who operates the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Yulee, is the buyer’s registered agent and a manager of the LLC.
