  • Mary, Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 9401 Staples Mill Drive, contractor is J.C. Harward & Associates Inc., 5,120 square feet, install six modular buildings for classrooms, $400,000.


  • Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc., 7500 Centurion Parkway, contractor is Cyma Builders & Construction Managers Inc., install temporary deionization water plant, $722,000.


  • The Menlo, 11390 Square St., contractor is Harbinger LLC, two permits for wall signs, $14,000.

Stores, Mercantile

  • Walter Dickinson Family Trust, 3505 Southside Blvd., contractor is Coppedge Enterprises Inc., siding replacement, $21,955.
