  • CSX, 401 Bryan St., contractor is Eventworks Rentals, temporary tent for Florida-Georgia football game, $23,000.


  • The Sagefield, 13283 N. Main St., contractor is Construction Specialties of North Florida LLC, 680 square feet, install two pergolas, $32,818.


  • Bellingham Marine Industries Inc., 2014 Dennis St., contractor is Baker Consulting & Engineering LLC, 25,000 square feet, new casting facility, $1.4 million.


  • Air Solutions Heating & Cooling Inc., Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Commercial Contractor, 546 Ellis Road S., contractor is Taylor Sign & Design Inc., two permits for wall signs, $4,324.

Stores, Mercantile

  • Barnes & Noble, 11112 San Jose Blvd., No. 8, contractor is Prolinq Inc., replace storefront entrance, $21,844.
