  • Oakley Square Apartments, 7960 Merchants Way, contractor is DeBartolo Construction Services LLC, 258,778 square feet, 16 permits for clubhouse, apartment buildings, garages, mail kiosk, and trash enclosure, $22.21 million.
  • Landings at Lake Gray, 6500 Lake Gray Blvd., contractor is FSI Construction of Florida Inc., 2,261 square feet, clubhouse renovation, $130,962.

  • Mayo Clinic, 4500 San Pablo Road S., contractor is Batson-Cook Co., 957 square feet, operating room No. 7 renovation, $695,626.
