Food Notes: Starbucks, Al Dente, Clean Juice, Bonchon and Whataburger make moves

Al Dente Italian Restaurant planned for St. Johns Parkway.

The city issued a permit for tenant build-out for Starbucks Coffee Co. at 11222 Beach Blvd. in a stand-alone building developed for the coffee shop.

Target Contractors Inc. build the 2,533-square-foot structure on 1.39 acres at a cost of $500,000. Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. will prepare the space at a cost of $275,000.

Al Dente to Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway

St. Johns County issued a building permit for Al Dente Italian Restaurant to build-out a 3,543-square-foot restaurant at a cost of $200,000 at 90 Shops Blvd., Suite 60, in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway in Saint Johns.

Clean Juice to Nocatee

St. Johns County approved a permit for interior build-out for Clean Juice Nocatee at 250 Pine Lake Drive, Suite 105, at a cost of $194,746. It’s a 1,433-square-foot project.

Bonchon to Durbin

St. Johns County issued a permit for the build-out of the Bonchon Asian fried chicken restaurant at a cost of $120,000 at 475 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 101 in The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

Whataburger to Atlantic North

JEA issued a service availability letter for Whataburger to build a 3,745-square-foot restaurant at 11901 Atlantic Blvd. on an outparcel in the Atlantic North shopping center at northwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards in East Arlington.

Halff Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
