Atlanta-based Morrison Homes has five model homes now open for viewing at Bartram Springs.
Morrison Homes’ new models at Bartram Springs vary in size and design and showcase some of the homebuilder’s most popular floor plans. The models range from 2,290 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to more than 3,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each of the models shown feature formal living and dining rooms, a covered lanai and three-car garage. Floor plans with an optional bonus room are available.
Morrison Homes is building on 60, 70 and 80-foot home sites in Bartram Springs, including waterfront and conservation home sites. A new phase for each homesite size has recently been released. Many homes are also under construction for early delivery. Morrison Homes at Bartram Springs are priced from the $210s.
