Stacie Becker of Olde Tyme Tattoo in Titusville, Fla. gives Mary Hannan a Care Bear tattoo during the Jacksonville Tattoo Convention Friday at the Wyndham. The annual weekend convention, now in its fourth year, drew around 4,000, people said convention organizer Bert Simmons. Over 70 booths were set up, with some artists coming from as far away as Iceland, France, California and Oregon to attend. “We always have a great time here and it draws a lot of people,” said Simmons. “Jacksonville is a great city and we plan to keep coming back.”
