The Downtown building along the east side of Hogan Street between the Levy Building and Monroe Street has been sold for $1.1 million.

The building’s market value listed with the Duval County Property Appraiser is $1.1 million.

Also recorded was an $825,000 mortgage to the buyer from First Atlantic Bank on Hendricks Avenue.

Tenants in the building include Hemming Plaza Jewelers, The UPS Store, Art Center II, Desert Rider Sandwich Shop and the FolkFood restaurant.
