As it said it would, VanTrust Real Estate LLC sold the Cra-Z-Art building at Imeson Park to The Silverman Group of Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
VanTrust, through JI Imeson Industrial 300 LLC, sold the property July 17 to SL Cold Storage Road LLC and SL Cold Storage Road II LLC for $20.1 million.
Cra-Z-Art will lease the 300,000-square-foot building at 10501 Cold Storage Road. VanTrust Executive Vice President John Carey said in February that his company agreed to sell the building to The Silverman Group when the shell is completed this summer.
FCL Builders LLC was issued a permit to build-out leased warehouse space for GE Appliances at 2969 Faye Road in North Jacksonville.
The tenant project is $1.5 million for 811,702 square feet.
Pattillo Industrial Real Estate Vice President Peter Anderson said previously the warehouse will be leased to GE Appliances for a distribution center. Pattillo affiliate Stone Mountain Industrial Park Inc. owns the property.
