Investors Tyler Saldutti and Neil Hemenway bought Murray Hill Plaza at 1064-1080 Edgewood Ave. S. for $1.2 million.

Saldutti, who is CEO of Prime Realty LLC, said the 13,800-square-foot property on about 0.87 acres is fully occupied.

Saldutti said the investors bought the property through Murray Hill Plaza LLC from Tallahassee firm Omnimax Inc.

He said the property was built in 1951 and renovated in 2013. Tenants include Tobacco Galore, Grater Good Cheese Shop, Bernie's Wine Shop and Avondale Dance Studio.

Eric Yi and Austin Kay with Prime Realty represented the buyer and the seller in the off-market transaction.

“It's just a bet that good things will happen in Murray Hill,” Saldutti said of the neighborhood near Riverside and Avondale.
