The Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association would like to remind past members that it is time to renew your membership and invite all other interested attorneys to become a member.
JWLA holds monthly meetings and has many events planned for this year, including our second annual panel discussion with women judges, a CLE session, happy hour and several speakers.
In addition, JWLA also holds an annual cocktail party and hosts the Annual Judicial Reception for our local federal and state judges.
Membership in JWLA also includes membership in the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. The membership fee is $75 if paid by Sept. 30 or $80 after that date. To become a member, fill out the application found on the website at www.jwla.org and mail it with your membership fee payable to JWLA to Alison R. JWLA will host a reception Thursday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Southend Brewery for all previous, new and prospective members to commemorate the beginning of JWLA’s new year. This will be a Meet the Judicial Candidates event.
