The Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and is currently holding an exhibition of Evita Peron manuscripts, including letters and medical records. Also, a new art exhibition, ISLAGIATT — It Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time — is on display. Artist John Richards creates his art — or “trash assemblages,” as he calls them — from junk or garbage he finds in garbage cans and dumpsters. The Sprinkle’s Children’s Museum is located on the bottom floor of the museum and has displays for children. Tuesday is family day and children are able to have their face painted from 11 a.m.-noon by Stacy Stevenson, assistant manager of the museum.
