Marsh Landing Realty, Inc. will be moving out of the 1,200-acre gated community. They won’t be going far, though. Their new lakefront home will be just outside the community’s north gate overlooking J. Turner Butler Boulevard.

Marsh Landing Realty, Inc. will occupy the first floor of the 10,000-square foot building with the Marsh Landing Management Company on the second floor. General Contractor O.R. Dicky Smith and Co. has already begun construction and the companies expect to move into the new building later this year.

Marsh Landing’s current sales center, located just a 3-iron shot from the Marsh Landing Country Club practice range on Marsh Landing Parkway, will be converted back to a residential home and then sold.

“It has always been our game plan to relocate as this community matured,” said Robert L. Holland, general sales manager and broker for Marsh Landing Realty, Inc.
