Melinda B. Powers, Esq. joined The Legal Department for Service Professionals, PA, a law firm servicing small businesses led by President, Laurie M. Lee, Esq.
Powers has held a Florida Bar license since 2007 and was previously employed at Parks & Crump in Tallahassee as well as the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and Citizens Property Insurance.
Her last legal position was as a solo practitioner for Powers Law Group, PLLC.
She recently left the SBDC at the University of North Florida where she served as a business consultant for the past three years.
Powers will be handling transactional legal matters on behalf of the firm that include contract reviews, drafting agreements, copyrights, trademarks and mergers and acquisitions.
