Moseley elected second vice president of Maritime Law Association

James Moseley Jr., partner at Moseley Prichard Parrish Knight & Jones, was elected second vice president of the Maritime Law Association of the United States on May 6 at the group’s spring meeting in New York City.

Founded in 1899, the association is the oldest maritime legal organization in the U.S., furthering the understanding and advancement of maritime law among lawyers, scholars and maritime industries.

Its membership comprises more than 2,300 lawyers, judges and law professors.

Moseley, a 1987 graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, was president of the Jacksonville Bar Association in 2003-04.
