Brooklyn Station on Riverside is adding Navy Federal Credit Union to its growing tenant list that is anchored by The Fresh Market.

Navy Federal Credit Union wants to build-out 3,100 square feet of space in units 260-270 at the east end of The Fresh Market strip of retailers. Tenant renovations for the financial institution are shown at $200,000 on an application for a building permit.

The Fresh Market, which opens Wednesday, will be flanked by Lucy’s Gift Boutique on the west and Hair Cuttery to the east. The credit union will open next to Hair Cuttery and will fill up the eastern end of the structure. Leases haven’t been announced for three open spaces remain on the west end.

The almost 50,000-square-foot shopping center is under development at 150 Riverside Ave. among four buildings.

Among the other three buildings, Corner Bakery is building out one. BurgerFi will occupy one of two spaces in another.

Across Stonewall Street, a four-space building will be anchored on one end by Zoes Kitchen and the other end by Burrito Gallery. Leases haven’t been announced for the other two spaces.

Jacksonville-based Regency Centers owns the center.
