Apartment sales dominated the Northeast Florida real estate investment market in 2017.
In hospitality, the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront hotel sold for $119 million. Twelve office buildings were sold. The largest was the sale of Gramercy Woods to Ladder Capital for $115 million. Area investment sales of more than $5 million totaled $2.57 billion, up 29 percent from 2016. Sales peaked at $2.9 billion in 2014.
