Phase I of The Parks at Cathedral, a 51-unit residential housing project at Market and Church streets, should be complete by June says David Dees, superintendent of the project. When finished, the three-story $5.9 million complex will feature 63 townhomes, each with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Dees said the project is on schedule and construction problems have been minimal. Prices start at $136,500 and are based on location and square footage. Townhouses range from 1,500 square feet for the smallest units to 2,000 square feet for the largest unit. Phase II is slated for 12 units, subject to increase, and will be located on the other side of Market Street.
