•(left)Demolition is progressing quickly at the Lynch Building that is now owned by the Vestcor Companies. Within the last couple of weeks the annex behind the building has been leveled and removed and workers are now busy gutting the interior of the building.

• Tree Hill will feature the work of nature artist Previn Pragasam at its Wine Down the Hill program Dec. 13 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The program includes a tour of the natural history museum, tours of the nature trails and a wine and cheese reception. For information, call 724-4646.

• City Council members Lynette Self and Lake Ray will conduct a town meeting tonight at 6:30 to discuss the proposed Arlingwood roundabout and the new Cathedral Square 52 acre complex. The meeting will be held in the Arlington Expressway Mall at 8159 Arlington Expressway, Suite 28.

• City Council president Matt Carlucci will be on hand for this morning’s dedication of the new Ronald McDonald House. It gets underway at 11:30 a.m.
