The city of Jacksonville Beach is reviewing plans for a proposed Bento restaurant on an outparcel at 1198 Beach Blvd., No. 9.
The 2,702-square-foot restaurant would occupy an end unit and include outdoor patio seating.
Ashco Inc. proposes the “Beach Plaza Outparcel” as an 11,840-square-foot building.

Stansell Properties & Development LLC is the contractor for the project, which is a brand image remodel with kitchen updates and a canopy system.
Taco Bell wants to remodel its fast-food restaurant at 11270 Old St. Augustine Road at a cost of $350,000.
No contractor is listed for the project to remodel the building with updated décor, revise the parapets and towers and improve access.
