Restaurant Notes: Burger King to Durbin Creek Crossing; Whataburger to Middleburg; Dunkin’ in Arlington, Oakleaf

Burger King is planned at southeast St. Johns Parkway and Race Track Road.

The St. Johns River Water Management District and St. Johns County are reviewing an application for Burger King at Durbin Creek Crossing.

The 2,885-square-foot restaurant is planned on 1.07 acres at southeast St. Johns Parkway and Race Track Road.

The Ferber Co. is the developer of the 70-acre Durbin Creek Crossing.

Whataburger to Middleburg

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for Whataburger to build a 2,974-square-foot restaurant on a 1.13-acre outparcel at 1778 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg in Clay County. 

Dunkin’ in Arlington, Oakleaf

The city approved permits for Dunkin’ to renovate at 116 Oakleaf Village Parkway at a cost of $95,000 and at 6999 Merrill Road at a cost of $65,000.

The company is rebranding from Dunkin’ Donuts to Dunkin’ as it rolls out a new store design.
