Mr. Potato Spread to Philips Highway.

A Crumbl Cookies franchise owner registered Crumbl San Marco with the state June 20.

I Wonder3 LLC of St. George, Utah, owns the shop that landlord Regency Centers announced April 14 would open in East San Marco at Hendricks Avenue and Atlantic Boulevard.

The site plan shows Crumbl Cookies will open in a 1,713-square-foot space next to Orangetheory Fitness. Publix Super Markets Inc. will anchor the center.

It will be the fifth Jacksonville store for Crumbl. The chain has two stores open and three more on the way, including the East San Marco location.

Stores are open in Pablo Creek Plaza East and the Mandarin Oaks shopping center.

A third shop is planned for OakLeaf Plantation Center and a fourth in the South Beach Parkway shopping center in Jacksonville Beach.

I Wonder2 LLC registered the Crumbl Beaches name with the state March 25.

The company is led by the same managers who will open the shop in OakLeaf in Southwest Jacksonville.

Mr. Potato Spread to Philips

The city issued a permit June 23 for Better Builders of Jacksonville Inc. to build-out 1,530 square feet for a Mr. Potato Spread franchise at 7159 Philips Highway at a job cost of $58,000.

Coursey Holdings Inc., led by spouses Randall Coursey and Shinika Summeries, is the franchise owner.

The location is between Jimmy John’s and Sushi Factory in the Golden Oaks at Butler Point center.

In 2014, Jacksonville couple Lakita and Aaron Spann started Mr. Potato Spread, which now has locations at the Regency Square and Orange Park malls and River City Marketplace.

It also caters and has a food truck.
