Sonny’s BBQ applied for a permit for an interior and exterior remodeling of its store at 1923 Lane Ave. S. at a cost of $300,000.

Wingstop to Mandarin

The city issued a permit for the $150,000 conversion of a vacant 1,800-square-foot tenant space at 10400 San Jose Blvd., No. 10,  for Wingstop.

Adkins Construction C. is the contractor.
