Restaurant Notes: Starbucks in review for Parkway Village; Island Wing to Bartram Market

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a 2,533-square-foot Starbucks with a drive-thru in Parkway Village at International Golf Parkway and Florida 16 in World Commerce Center. 

Island Wing to Bartram Market

St. Johns County approved a permit for the $1.15 million construction for a 10,528-square-foot Island Wing Company restaurant at 360 Bartram Market Drive in Saint Johns.

Whataburger in St. Johns

Plans continue in review for Whataburger on an outparcel in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway in St. Johns County.

The site is at northwest County Road 210 and St. Johns Parkway.

Norikase Japanese to Greenbriar

St. Johns County issued a permit for the $300,000 build-out for Norikase Japanese Restaurant at 304 Ashourian Way, Suite 101, in 2,315 square feet of space in The Forum at Greenbriar in St. Augustine.

Wendy’s at Longleaf

St. Johns County is reviewing a permit for a 2,224-square-foot Wendy’s restaurant and drive-thru on 1.2 acres at northeast Longleaf Pine Parkway and Greenbriar Road.
