Restaurant Notes: Starbucks to Point Meadows; Ellianos to Cedar Hills, St. Augustine

St. Johns County is reviewing an application for Ellianos Coffee along Florida 207.

The city issued a concurrency reservation certificate for Starbucks Coffee Co. at 10913 Baymeadows Road in the Point Meadows shopping center at Interstate 295.

The 2,446-square-foot shop is planned on 0.63 acres. CPH Inc. is the civil engineer.

Ellianos to Cedar Hills, St. Augustine

Ellianos Coffee Co. applied to the city to build a 700-square-foot drive-thru at 3770 Blanding Blvd. in Cedar Hills at an estimated cost of $700,000.
