Retail Notes: 7-Eleven to Mandarin; Gate in Southwest Jacksonville

Wells Fargo wants to add an ATM at new Aldi.

The city is reviewing a permit application for 7-Eleven to build a gas station and convenience store at 10560 Old St. Augustine Road.

The construction cost for the 3,454-square-foot store is estimated at  $350,000.

Gate in Southwest Jacksonville

Gate Petroleum Co. proposes interior renovations at its Southwest Jacksonville store at 8020 Collins Road.

The city is reviewing a permit application for an estimated $100,000 renovation of 3,197 square feet.

Wells Fargo ATM

Wells Fargo wants to add a drive-thru ATM in the parking lot where Aldi is opening at 3650 Philips Highway.

Aldi demolished a Wells Fargo office on the site to build the grocery store.
