Earth Pets Natural Pet Market intends to open in mid-May at 1635 Hendricks Ave in San Marco.

Center, Knight & May Contractors LLC is the contractor for the $36,800 build-out of 1,605 square feet in the center anchored by The Olive Tree Mediterranean Grille and Cline’s Custom Meats.

The natural pet foods retailer for dogs and cats has stores in Gainesville, where it was founded 40 years ago, and in Jacksonville at 11740 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin. Earth Pets also sells accessories, toys and provides grooming services.

CycleBar in Gateway Village: CycleBar requests a certificate of use for its location in Gateway Village at Town Center. Novaturient LLC, doing business as CycleBar, intends to occupy 2,650 square feet at 5010 Gate Parkway, Suite 101.
