The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for Gate Express Carwash at 1430 Plantation Island Drive S. at Fish Island in St. Augustine in St. Johns County.
The proposed 5,089-square-foot car wash is planned on almost 2 acres. BFC Property Holdings Inc., part of Gate Petroleum Co., is the developer. Prosser Inc. is the civil engineer.
St. Johns County issued permits for Circle K to build a convenience store, drive-thru restaurant and car wash at 975 Florida 16 in St. Augustine at a total cost of $1.25 million.
Skinner Bros. Realty announced it is expanding in Nassau County with the completion of its second multitenant retail and restaurant complex in Wildlight.
The 11,670-square-foot space is in Wildlight’s central Village Center, with new tenants slated to open in winter 2021. Jacksonville-based Skinner Bros.
Realty began construction on the commercial complex at 40 Homegrown Way in early 2020 and finished development in September.
The new building is an extension of the Village Center’s first multitenant complex.
Nassau County is reviewing plans for Ash Properties to add 17,150 square feet of commercial space to Victoria’s Place in Yulee in Nassau County.
The building is planned at 90362 Victoria’s Place.
The nine buildings on the site comprise two retail structures that comprise about 35,000 square feet of space and seven storage facilities.
