Prosser Inc. is the civil engineer. Estuary LLC is the property owner. The site is north of the Mayo Clinic campus.
The city issued permits May 14 for Gate Petroleum Co. to build a new convenience store and gas station, fuel canopies and a dumpster enclosure on 2.11 acres at 4243 Dunn Ave. at a cost of $2.25 million. FLC Contracting LLC is the contractor. The project replaces an old Gate Store.
The St. Johns River Water Management District and the city are reviewing an application for a Gate Express Carwash on 0.91 acres at 5180 Baymeadows Road. Prosser Inc. is the civil engineer.
