The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for the Northpoint Village commercial center on almost 16.5 acres at 12541 Yellow Bluff Road, at northeast Yellow Bluff and New Berlin roads.
Plans show a first phase of an almost 48,400-square-foot Publix Super Markets Inc. store, almost 18,000 square feet of adjacent retail space and five outparcels of 0.89 to 1.53 acres.
International Management Co. LLC is the developer. IMC expects to complete it in summer 2022.
The city issued a permit for Gate Petroleum Inc. to renovate its 6,667-square-foot gas station and convenience store at 11350 Baymeadows Road at a cost of $465,000.
St. Johns County is reviewing an application for an 8,100-square-foot RaceTrac gas station and convenience store on 7.75 acres at Florida 206 and Interstate 95 in St. Johns County.
