St. Johns County issued a permit Oct. 29 for J. Raymond Construction Corp. of Longwood to build the 43,613-square-foot Winn-Dixie grocery store and liquor store at a construction cost of $4.375 million at 100 Little Cypress Drive in the Grand Cypress shopping center in Saint Johns.
The center is near Nocatee at southwest U.S. 1 and Race Track Road.
The Winn-Dixie grocery will anchor the retail project.
St. Johns County issued a permit Oct. 28 for M.E. Construction Inc. of West Melbourne to build-out a 4,260-square-foot Heartland Dental office at a cost of $550,000 at 755 County Road 210 W. in St. Johns Commons in Saint Johns.
