The city issued a permit Friday for Feature[23] to make interior alterations to space in the 100 North Laura building Downtown.

Tenant Contractors Inc. is the contractor for the $877,519 project to renovate 13,514 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the 10-story building at 100 N. Laura St., at northwest Laura and Forsyth streets.

Feature [23] has been leasing space in The Greenleaf building Downtown a block north at 208 N. Laura St.

Feature [23] is a software developer.
