St. Andrews nears final sales

St. Andrews Place at the World Golf Village is nearing a sellout. The exclusive community of 64 maintenance-free homes has only 18 remaining homesites available for purchase.

Located within The Neighborhoods of the Slammer & Squire, St. Andrews Place offers three-and four-bedroom homes priced from the $230s to the $270s. The all-inclusive price incorporates the homesite and landscaping.

“We are really getting down to the wire. We have sold a number of homesites and we have a lot of construction underway right now,” said Don Davis of Fairway One Homes, the neighborhood’s developer. “We hope to complete the community this spring.”

The homes of St. Andrews Place feature masonry construction with steel-reinforced concrete footings and low-maintenance, richly textured stucco exteriors. Each home includes professionally designed landscaping and underground irrigation.

The interiors offer ceramic tile floors, professionally designed kitchens and standard features such as columns, arches and tray ceilings normally seen in custom homes.

“These homes are a perfect option for those individuals who want to get out of a big house with lots of upkeep and yard work, yet not feel like they’re settling for less. With our 12-foot ceilings and open floor plans, the homes offer luxurious comfort,” added Davis. “It’s like living in a custom home without the maintenance.”

Located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village offers a variety of neighborhoods with homes priced from the $180s to more than $1 million.

Community amenities include shopping, schools, championship golf, community parks and entertainment including the World Golf Hall of Fame and World Golf IMAX Theater.

The community is home to the 2002 SunTrust Symphony/ASID Showhouses, which will be open to the public from Saturday, Mar. 31-Sunday, Apr. 21.
